Office Depot currently has the APC Back-UPS BN650M1 Battery Backup, 7 Outlet, 650VA/350W for $34.99 (Reg $79.99)
As of July 16th 2019, most of the places I found are selling this UPS for $5x or more. So for about $35 plus tax, this is really a good buy. I believe this UPS has a 8ah battery inside and it is replaceable. On top of that, the battery used this unit is a common battery so you should be able to find a 3rd party replacement battery from Amazon, ebay or any place that sell SLA 8ah battery.
As for the run time estimate, this UPS should be able to provide power to a typical desktop (200 to 300W) for about 5 to 6 mins run time. That should have enough time to allow the user to shutdown the computer in case of power outage.
